They are not only needed in attaining balanced within your organization. You will surely need it for the introduction of new services and products.

Never consider them as a threat. Try to turn the table around by making such threat into an opportunity. It will never be that easy to pull such trick, though. However, doing it would really make thing more challenging and thrilling. Of course, you need to grow too. You are not wise enough. As the day comes by, you should grow along with the continuous progress of your company.
