Fine. There is no downside to this. It actually is convenient and useful in a lot of ways. You could even earn a buck for turning it into a wishing well. All those kids are suckers for things like that. Might as well make the best out of it. Living in the country can get boring sometimes.
Chara is our protagonist. A little girl from a small village just below the mountain, raised by uncaring parents in a religious village. Chara hated humanity because of its cruelty. She has been tormented and scorned by them all because she had been born with red eyes. Yes, even by her parents.
She now had no will to decorate her new well. The flowers she prepared for it fell to the grass as she stomped back into her home, ignoring the well that now felt ominous to her. It gave her the shivers as she passed it. She suddenly felt so cold and ill, like her health suddenly left with her blonde counterpart.
Speaking of wells. Remember that Spongebob Squarepants episode? Where Spongebob, Patrick, and Squidward got stuck on a well? That whole dialogue while they were there has been stuck in our brains for years since we were kids. Why? Nickelodeon kept repeating that particular scene in commercials all the freaking time.
Her eyes closed and for a moment, she felt nothing. Upon opening them again, she realized she fell in. She did not scream. Chara was a very quiet child so not even something like this would make her peep a word. Not even when pain struck her as soon as she landed on something hard yet grassy.
But it seems as if that was what was going to happen. Her health felt like it was deteriorating. Her skin lost its natural tan color too. Ever since that day she met that blonde stranger, she has been feeling like she could fall at any moment. Was she dying?
So you would not find us anywhere near a well unless if it was to sing Im Wishing by Snow White. And only then, we would do it if the well is fake. Yes, we are kind of apprehensive about those things.
