To add on that, form a network of people to whom you can share your challenges. These people can be your close friends, relatives, and even teachers. Do not keep things to yourself. Sharing will reduce the burden, and you will feel lighter and stronger to face the challenges.

Being organized is also another way to reduce stress and pressure. This is because you will have a schedule that you will strictly follow throughout the semester. If you do not meet your day's plan, do not be stressed. This will reduce the mental pressure. Thus, you will seldom become overwhelmed with work.

As much as you want to keep your mental health, physical health is also paramount. Do not go to class or take tests before eating. Sleep well and exercise. Activities such as yoga, meditation, and other mental exercises help to reduce stress. Also, be a good time manager. Do everything at the right time to avoid stress.
